Tee Sheets
Upload the day's tee sheet for each course (CSV or Excel). Tee times and
player names are detected automatically. Sheets are stored on the hosted server, so an upload
here reaches every iPad — as does the 6:20 AM automation. Uploading replaces that course's
previous sheet; each iPad keeps its own green completed marks.

Names shown on the starter sign-in dropdown (shared across all devices).
Course Button Photos
Upload a photo for each course button (shared across all devices), or reset to the default site photo.
Cart Agreement Text
Shown to guests before signing (shared across all devices). Separate
paragraphs with a blank line. Only use wording approved by the leadership team and insurance
carrier.
The default Spanish text is a draft translation —
have it reviewed by legal counsel before go-live.
Data & Sync
Sign-offs save to the hosted storage the moment a group finishes. If the
iPad loses Wi-Fi, they queue on the device and upload automatically when the connection
returns.
